We could tell you how great this product is, but, naturally, we are selling it and so, instead of OUR opinions, we have noted below, various quotes about Hoodia Gordonii from major national and international news services:

African Plant May Help Fight Fat - CBS 60 Minutes story
*Quote from the 60 Minutes story: "Hoodia, a plant that tricks the brain by making the stomach feel full, has been in the diet of South Africa's Bushmen for thousands of years."

*Quote from About.com story: "Hoodia may work right away, or may take several weeks. Key results of hoodia reported include a reduced interest in food, delay in the time after eating before hunger sets in again, feeling full more quickly, and a general feeling of well-being."

*Quote from BBC News story: "What the Hoodia seems to contain is a molecule that is about 10,000 times as active as glucose. It goes to the mid-brain and actually makes those nerve cells fire as if you were full. But you have not eaten. Nor do you want to."

*Quote from 2nd. BBC News story: "South Africa's indigenous San peoples have signed a deal ensuring they will profit from a diet drug being developed from a plant they have used for generations."

*Quote from 3nd. BBC News story: "In P57's case, the Hoodia Gordonii cactus has been used for centuries by the Xhomani Sans bushmen of southern Africa's Kalahari desert, to suppress the appetite during long hunting trips.

It works by making patients feel full after ingesting it, and the company says it has been shown to lower food intake by 30-40% in a small study just completed."

You left an advertisement for plastic surgery on my site.

While I'm not opposed to plastic surgery, I do want to say that a person must learn to love him or herself no matter what he or she looks like.

While a surgeon may give you a beautiful face that matches your inner beauty, a plastic surgeon can't make a troubled person, who hates himself, whole.

Look at Michael Jackson. He's had over forty operations on his face. He was once good looking - healthy looking. Now his face is decimated.

The act of having such surgery should be undertaken as an act of love toward the self, not an act of hate for what one looks like.

I also note that your dieting information might be of value to a person for whom over eating has become a health risk. Anything that helps a person battle such inner demons is worth considering.

While I believe the answer to every problem needs, ultimately, a spiritual solution, one must be open to whatever other, temporary help is available.

God created the people creating the diets and the surgery. Obviously both have a place in this world.

However, I believe there is far too much emphasis on dieting and looks than on learning to appreciate people for the quality of their characters.
